About us and our teachers
Little Hands Learning Center delivers an environment that encourages children to learn about themselves and others; to explore, grow, and develop while their parents are away.
We are a smaller preschool and our mission is to provide a safe and developmentally age appropriate environment for children ages 6 weeks through 5 years.
Our focus is to produce a stimulating experience that promotes a child's development and supports their desire to learn, giving them the extra push and encouragement for kindergarten. Little Hands teaching growing minds through social, physical, and cognitive development. We also work on and encourage potty training.
Little Hands Learning Center allows the opportunity for children to
learn and develop according to their individual learning style. A pre- planned monthly curriculum with themes and units, will keep your child learning through hands on experiences and play. With all the opportunities to explore and discover at their own pace. Curriculum is planned and designed to encourage and challenge little hands and little minds.
With children growing so quickly and at all different times, we work hard to make sure curriculum fits the age appropriate classrooms and will transition your child not only by age but be development as well. Which is determined by daily observations and assessments given by your child’s primary teacher.

I love working with children, and I am very passionate about education. I strive to give children opportunities to learn and grow. I am a mommy to 2 beautiful kids. I love to teach them and see how eager they are to learn. I am excited to teach new faces at Little Hands Learning Center and bulid strong relationships with parents.

Meet our Director, Bernadette holds a degree in Early Childhood Education. She loves Music and is huge on family! She is a huge hockey fan and cheers Red Wings all the way. Bernadette grew up in Michigan. Her favorite part about teaching is being able to watch children grow and find their interests. Don’t hesitate to stop and talk to her!
